Hello everyone! This is Jacki Ballou the CEO of Radiating Joy Therapy Services. I am a Knoxville Iowa native that recently came back to the beautiful state of Iowa. I lived in Colorado for the past 16 years and have learned so much about life and worked at a variety of places.
